Airplanes can borrow great ideas from the heli guys, too. RC helicopters are often equipped with header tanks to eliminate the fuel foaming that results from the high vibration. This could be a reason for using them in an airplane, but the best reason is being able to move your main fuel tank over the C.G. so your balance doesn't change during the flight.
Try the set up below (picture courtesy of Bob Pastorello) for a constant C.G. I've used this in my helicopter and the normal muffler pressure was plenty to keep the header tank full. A one-ounce header is all you need.
